Disorder cuts the portrait into tiles that sit true at the head and tumble apart toward the feet. Flow Smear combs the image along a swirling noise field. Both run before the preset, so halftone dots, glyphs and dither stay crisp over the distorted picture — and both animate on their own in a Loop (the disorder line rises and falls; the flow field turns).

Replaces this operative's base portrait with the stitched composite — head from the first pick, torso from the second, legs from the third — torn-edge seams and all. Everything below (presets, databend, overlay layers) then applies on top of the result. Re-select this operative from the roster above to discard the stitch and start fresh.

Boil re-rolls every random effect each frame (Signal, VHS, Grain, Databend) and jolts slices of the frame. Strobe hard-cuts the colour. Shake punches the whole frame in and out and rattles each overlay layer on its own. Shuffle swaps the head, torso and legs bands (and any Portrait layers) for other operatives in your wallet from frame to frame — frame one is always the real portrait or your stitch. Shuffle deals operatives from a shuffled deck, so nobody repeats until everyone drawn has appeared; turn on Whole Wallet and the loop runs for as many frames as it takes to show every operative you hold (the Frames slider becomes a minimum — big wallets make long, heavy GIFs, so drop the size to 360px). Sweep runs a band of Databend damage down the frame across the loop. Datamosh stops the picture refreshing properly: only frame one is drawn clean, and every frame after it is the previous frame pushed around in blocks with just some blocks updated — so the portrait melts, and with Shuffle on, the next operative blooms through the last one instead of cutting. Disorder and Flow Smear (above) animate in any loop without needing a mode switched on. Modes stack. The preview and the saved GIF use the same frames — Re-roll for a different set. With Strobe on, frames are held for at least 170ms to keep flashing under three per second.
